How to setup automated radio news in Radiotools

1. Open Sources and add RSS feeds or scraped pages.
2. Open Audio Library and upload a news bed plus intro, outro, or separator production parts.
3. Open Production, create a workflow, and add a TTS from Source step.
4. Add Mix, Output, Processing, schedule, Render QA, and playout delivery.
